Anti Depression Tea

An herbal tea to ease depression and energise. The herbs used here have medicinal qualities for treating depression and anxiety, uplifting mood and repairing the nervous system.

1 pt. Oatstraw
3 pt. Rose petals
2 pt. Lavender
2 pt. Chamomile
3 pt. Sage
½ pt. Orange peel
½ pt. Lemon peel
1 pt. Cinnamon chips
Prepare as an infusion and let steep for 12-15 minutes, 1 tbs of tea to 1 cup of water. You may drink up to 3 cups daily for best effect.
