Tea for Anxiety and Stress

A soothing herbal tea to relieve tension and calm stress.

3 pt. Chamomile
2 pt. Lavender
2 pt. Basil
1 pt. Lemon balm
½ pt. Spearmint
½ pt. Oatstraw

Prepare as an infusion and let steep for 12-15 minutes, 2 tbs of tea to 1 cup of water. Drink slowly and breath in the set.
