Fill a small bowl with water, shells, and a few drops of lavender oil. Write out all your worries, or simply one word (eg. fear) on a scrap of paper in blue marker, and drop it into the water. Leave it out overnight in the light of the moon. Picture soft waves washing over your anxiety and soothing it. You can also listen to ambient ocean noises to fall asleep. In the morning, the paper will be blank, and you can pour out the water along with the worry it absorbed.
