Herb Jar for Grounding

This herb jar can be carried with you and used for anxiety and dissociation. The strong scents used here are both calming and grounding.

  • Coffee Grounds
  • Eggshells
  • Sea Salt
  • Dandelion Roots
  • Lavender buds and oil
  • Rosemary
  • Bittercress
  • Basil

Layer the coffee, eggshells and sea salt on the bottom, and carefully add 1 drop of lavender oil. Add the rest of the herbs and plants on top, and replace the lid. I also added a drawing I made (shown below) to represent grounding.

When you need to feel grounded, remove the lid and take several slow, deep breaths. Feel your feet rooted to the floor beneath you, solid and stable.
